Moose-AKa’s Is looking for 2 Highly motivated individuals to join our team for the 2023 Summer.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a Server, and a Bartender. As a member of our team, it is important to be Energetic, Motivated, Great with people, A Multi-tasker, and open to providing service in a different way than traditional restaurants, and most importantly be able to have a smile even in the most difficult situations.

Experience and requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old, have some front of house experience, be able to adapt to a different kind of service, have no visible tattoos or excessive piercings, be well groomed and open to adhere to our standards of appearance, be personable, and willing to carry conversations with the guests. A working knowledge of wine and ability to present a bottle of wine is necessary for both positions. As a bartender, it is not important to have bartending experience, we are only licensed to serve beer and wine, and we have a couple of wine-based cocktails.

Moose-AKa’s was named the number 7 casual dining restaurant in the United States according to TripAdvisor and was featured in Forbes Magazine in 2022. We have achieved this by providing a Unique dining experience that leaves a lasting impression with our guests. We Serve a different, but delicious type of cuisine an enchanting environment. It is our mission to make every guest feel like family by the end of the meal. We achieve this by explaining the menu, understand dietary needs, and providing recommendations. Carrying conversations with our guests, and giving advice that can help them to enjoy their vacation more. Providing an excellent meal and making absolutely sure that our guest enjoy the meal.

Employee Housing:

Our employee housing was built to the standard of a vacation rental. We have 3 newly constructed log cabins that include a full kitchen and bathroom. The cabins are built for double occupancy and provide all the comforts of home. We do not allow for animals of any sort in employee housing.

There are hikes for every skill level, and as a seasonal employee in Denali you will have access to wonderful adventure experiences at greatly discounted rates (sometimes even free of charge). You will have the opportunity to meet people from all over the world, and cultivate life long friendships.
